*** The calculation assumes that:
1) the legal process lasts 6-8 months;
2) the claim is satisfied, but the client voluntarily does not comply with the court decision and the court decision is transferred to a sworn bailiff (ZTI);
3) the customer repays the debt within a year after the notification of ZTI on the obligation to fulfill the decision;
4) the remuneration of the office of the ZTI and the costs of execution of the judgment (including VAT) are calculated in accordance with the currently valid regulatory enactments.
